I saw a bonus code in one of your ads - how do I use it?

You can only use bonus codes when you're registering a new account at Lee Poker. You enter the code you've recieved in the textfield "Bonus code" in the register page.

Does the client work in Mac- och Linux-environment?

The Lee Poker-client for the moment only works together with DirectX and is therefor bound to a Windows-environment. There are experimental emulationsoftware such as Crossover, which you are using at own risk.

I've forgot my password! How do I change it to a new one?

Right now, you can not change your password by your own. You need to contact the support and ask them to change it for you. You can reach them by phone at weekdays 09.00 - 18.00 or via mail at support@leepoker.se

What's meant by "not available" money? How do they become "available"?

Money which is placed at "not available" is money which you have recieved by bonuses or in connection to any of Lee Pokers campaigns.
To make these "available", you have to play at Cash Game tables. There they unlocks by the following example; you unlock $1 when you've played 20 hands where you have contributed with at least 50 cent per pot. By each hand where you have contributed with at least 50 cent, 5 cents is released. 20 hands times 5 cent equals $1 which goes to "available".

I'm recieving an error telling me something about DirectDraw or DirectX - what is that?

You probably doesn't have the latest version of DirectX installed. In the Lee Poker-directory, where you have installed Lee Poker (for instance C:\Program Files\LeePoker) there are a file called dxwebsetup.exe. Execute it to update DirectX. If the issue remains, have a look at your computer specifications and/or update your graphic card-drivers.

Are my phone account being debited if I send an SMS and it doesn't show up in my account overview?

No! Every time that you make an SMS
får du ett bekräftelse-SMS tillbaka som meddelar om ditt köp godkänts eller ej. Skulle det vara så att du mot förmodan inte fått något svar tillbaka så dras det ej några pengar.

Varför fungerar det inte med min SMS-insättning ?

Det kan bero på flera orsaker. Det första man bör göra är att kontrollera att man skrivit exakt rätt när man gör sin insättning. Andra orsaker kan vara att din teleoperatör har begränsningar på hur mycket och hur ofta du får ta ut pengar via SMS. Viktigt är också att man kontrollerar att man har pengar på sitt kontantkort. Det kan också vara så att det är tillfälliga störningar på det mobila nätet. Viktigt att tillägga är att LeePoker förmedlar denna tjänst mellan dig som kund och din teleoperatör och kan ej påverka genomförda överföringar.

Hur lång tid tar det tills jag får mina pengar?

Det kan variera lite beroende på hur man tar ut sina pengar och när man gör sitt uttag. Bank överföring brukar ta 3-5 bankdagar. Neteller samt MoneyBooker 1-3 dagar.

När jag ska ta ut pengar till mitt bankkonto så behöver jag IBAN och SWIFT/BIC koder. Hur får jag tag på dessa?

För att göra en överföring till ditt bankkonto krävs dessa koder.
IBAN (International Bank Account Number) är en internationell standard för att ange ett kontonummer.
Svenska IBAN-nummer består av 24 tecken, och inleds med landskoden SE.
Ditt IBAN-nummer hittar du på din egen sida på den bank du har. Alternativet är att man ringer för att få sitt kontonummer.
BIC/SWIFT, är Bank Identifier Codes vilket identifierar ett bankkontor och används tillsammans med IBAN-nummer vid internationella transaktioner.

Vad är Neteller och hur öppnar jag ett konto hos dom?

Neteller är en online betalningslösning som är enkel att använda när man vill flytta pengar mellan olika tex pokersidor eller mellan medlemmar.
